Cannot be predicted as we have a different system this year.

The JEE Bulletin says as follows. "If a candidate expects the result of Class 12th/Other qualifying examination to be declared after 30th June 2013 by the examining body, the candidate is advised not to attempt JEE (Main) - 2013. Candidates whose result of Class 12th /Other qualifying examination is not available by 30th June 2013 will not be considered for All India Ranking of JEE (Main) - 2013".

Maths was considered slight difficult. This year's rank may vay from that of last year.

NEET is a different exam. Kerala Medical Entrance is only for admissions in Kerala except for MBBS and BDS courses

Last year it was somthing near 3000. But this year there may be wide change, since MBBS and BDS are not covered in it. Your rank may be slight better than what mentioned above.

It depends on the basic qualification for that course. If you satisfy that you can apply

There are no clear reports about the medical entrance of kerala till now. For NEET it has been notified that there would be different sets of question papers. As per the report, questions in the different sets would be of the same difficulty level. It has to be understood that the questions might be different.
