3500 was the last admitted rank for B V Sc and AH in 2012 based on KEAM rank

No such limit is fixed. It is based on options and availability of seats

You can continue with M Phil and then Research leading to Ph.D if you have interest in that area. You can get qualified in NET of UGC and move to the teaching profession. The other areas possible are Journalism, Language teaching, Technical writing etc. You can take up B Ed and passing SET, can teach at the Higher Secondary level.

ALL INDIA RANK: 3912 (OBC: 1271)
ALL INDIA QUOTA SEATS RANK: 3702 (OBC: 1214)
KERALA RANK: 1217 (OBC: 574)

Is there any possibility for getting MBBS admission in govt medical colleges in kerala? Will it be through state merit list or all india quota?
I heard that the admission to all india quota seats will be made using category list. Is it true?

All India seats are filled based on category ranks it is understood. In kerala the Kerala rank released by CEE based on CBSE kerala rank will be used for admissions.

Do I have any chance of getting admission to Trivandrum Medical College under state quota or All India Quota?

Kerala state rank given by CBSE may be changing based on CEE criterion. SO an assessment at this stage may not be realistic. You have a high chance in Govt SF Medical College as of now. Allotment in Kerala based on AIQ may be a bit difficult. But give options and see.
