400 DU students secure campus selection New Delhi, March 9, 2010: Around 400 students of Delhi University have secured jobs in a recruitment drive on the campus that ended today. In the three sessions held by the Central Placement Cell of the university, a total of 400 students have been selected for jobs in various companies. However, the student turnout this time was less in comparison to the previous sessions where daily turnout was as high as 2000 from 58 colleges and various departments. Sixty students have already been offered jobs and another 310 shortlisted in the last two sessions participated by companies like MIE, HCL and HDFC, a release by the university said. Companies like Gandhi Fellowship, Wipro, HDFC, Genpact, Tech Mahindra, Aakash Institue, NDPL, Exchange, MIE, Capital IQ, Pravah, Indicorp, Dell and NewsX also participated in the drive. |
