Four-Year BS Programme at IISc

Kochi, Feb 03,2012 : The Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore offers admission to its four-year Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Programme in 2012. The following major disciplines are available in this programme: .Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Materials, Mathematics, Physics. Students specializing in any of the above disciplines also take courses in engineering, humanities, and inter-disciplinary areas for a well-rounded learning experience.

Students who will appear for the 12th standard board examination (or equivalent) in 2012 and those who have passed this examination in 2011 are eligible to apply for admission to this program. Additional eligibility criteria will be announced in the near future. Selection will be based on KVPY (the last date for applying to the KVPY programme is September 9, 2011) and other national examination(s).
