Med PG: SC dismisses Students' appeal

New Delhi, May 03, 2012 : The Supreme Court today dismissed the request of some medical pg entrance students from Kerala to get the OMR answersheet back. The SC bench thus ratified the Kerala High Court division bench's stay order to the single bench order to issue the answer sheets. The appeal was filed by Dr. Naveen Divakar and others. The state govt had argued in the High Court that it was not practical to give back the answer sheets at this moment and the Division bench had agreed to it. In Supreme Court also the govt could convince about the practical difficulty of giving the OMR answer sheets.
