MSc Courses : Rs.400/- for UR/OBC and Rs.300/- for SC/ST
DM / M.Ch / Fellowship Courses : Rs.1500/-
PhD Programs : Rs.1000/-

Duly filled application, hall ticket, two self-addressed stickers along with the prescribed fees as a single D.D drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, JIPMER payable at Puducherry should be sent to The Professor (Academic), JIPMER, Dhanvantri Nagar, Puducherry-605 006.

Last date for application submission is 20-06-2012.
