Kochi, May 30, 2012: University of Calcutta has invited applications for admission to Post-Graduate Diploma in Buddhist Studies (PGDBS) for the Academic Year 2012-13.

Eligibility : Graduation in any stream.

Age : No age bar

Application : Forms available in the Calcutta University Sales Counter, College Street Campus, 87/1, College Street, Kolkata – 700 073 on payment of Rs. 200/- till 15th June 2012.

Course fee : Rs. 6000/- for each Semester + Admission fee Rs. 1000/-
Time : 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm for 4 days in a week (Monday to Thursday)
Venue : Ashutosh Building Room No. 45 (3rd Floor), College Street Campus, C.U.

Dates to remember :
* Last Date for receipt of application : 15 June, 2012
* Date of Counselling : 25 June, 2012 at 5pm
* Date of commencement of classes : 28 June, 2012 (Thursday)
