Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET)
Kochi, July 28, 2012: Applications have been invited by Office of the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Pareeksha Bhavan, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram, for Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET), the examination to assess the eligibility of teacher candidates for Lower Primary, Upper Primary and High School Classes in Kerala. Separate test will be conducted to select teachers for Category I (Lower Primary classes), Category II (Upper Primary classes) and Category III (High School classes).

The Exam fee is Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) for each category. Fee for reserved categories such as SC / ST and differently abled categories is Rs.250/- each (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only).
Applications should be submitted to Pareeksha Bhavan only through online at http://210.212.239.92:8081/tet/candidate_login.php
Exam fee may be remitted in cash to any of the selected branches of State Bank of Travancore in and out of Kerala. The procedure for sending application and remitting fee is given in detail in the Prospectus (Page 13). Candidates can select the district for the examination while filling the application form.
The centre of examination will be allotted by Pareeksha Bhavan with the admit card. After submitting application through online, a hard copy of the application may be send by post to Secretary, Pareeksha Bhavan as prescribed in the prospectus. ‘Application for K-TET 2012’ should be written on the top of the cover which is sent to Pareeksha Bhavan.
Time Schedule:
Submission of Application (online): 18.7.2012 to 02.8.2012 3 pm.
Last date of receipt of application (hard copy by post): 06.08.2012 5 pm.
Downloading Admit Card: 16.08.2012 onwards
