M.D/ M.Sc/MPT courses at Dr.NTR Uty

Kochi, Aug 26,2312 : Application forms thorough online are invited by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, A.P., Vijayawada from the eligible candidates for admission into M.D.(Ayurveda), M.D(Homoeo), M.D(Unani), M.Sc(Nursing) and MPT Courses for the academic year 2012-13 for the seats in colleges affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. The candidates shall apply through online in the Website http://pgntruhs.org the online application can be filled through any computer with internet connection. Application and Prospectus are available on Net till 31-Aug-2012. Last date for submission of printed application for Registration: 05-Sep-2012 up to 5.00 p.m.

Registration Fee:- Rs.1050/-  for  OC/BC & Rs.850/- for SC/ST to be remitted  in the form of e-challan in any branch of State Bank Of India by following instructions laid down in prospectus for admission into M.D.(Ayurveda), M.D(Homoeo), M.D(Unani), M. Sc (Nursing) and MPT Courses – 2012.

Submission of filled in online application form: The candidate should submit print out of the filled in online application form along with the copies of the required certificates attested by Gazetted Officer and SBI   e-challan (University copy) either by post or in person to The Convener, Post Graduate Committee AYUSH Courses, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, A.P., Vijayawada – 520 008.           

The candidate should clearly superscribe on the cover containing online application form as “ Application for admission into “M.D (Ayurveda) Entrance Test-2012” or “Application for  M.D(Homoeo)  Entrance Test -2012” or “Application for M.D(Unani)  Entrance Test -2012“ or  “Application for M. Sc (Nursing)  Entrance Test -2012“or  “Application for MPT -2012“ which ever is applicable.

Downloading of Hall Tickets: The candidates shall download the Hall-tickets from the website: www.pgntruhs.org from 10.00 a.m. on 03-Oct-2012 & 04-Oct-2012 up to 5.00 p.m. for M.D.(Ayurveda), M.D(Homoeo) & M.D(Unani) Courses and from 10.00 a.m. on 13-Sep-2012 & 14-Sep-2012 up to 5.00 p.m. for M.Sc (Nursing) by entering his / her Application Number as login ID and Date of Birth (dd mm yyyy) as password.
