Distance Courses at NICMAR, Pune
Kochi, October 9, 2012: School of Distance Education, National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), Pune has invited applications for admission to the following distance learning courses of Academic Year 2013:
Courses:
A. Two Year Post Graduate Programmes:
1. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Construction Management (PGPCM):
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Architecture with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
2. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Management (PGPPM):
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
3. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Development & Management (PGPIDM):
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Architecture with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
4. One Year Part Time Week-end Post Graduate Programmes offered from Mumbai
i. Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (PGP QSCM)
ii. Post Graduate Programme in Construction Management for Working Executives (PGP CMWE)
iii. Post Graduate Programme in Project Management for Working Executives (PGP PMWE)
B. One Year Graduate Programmes (Eligibility Criteria: Diploma in any branch of Engineering)
i. Construction Project Management
ii. Building Maintenance Management
iii. Construction Safety Management
iv. Quantity Surveying
v. Highway Project Management
vi. Oil & Gas Pipelines Project Management
vii. Construction Contracts Management
viii. Construction Business Management
ix. Power Sector Project Management
x. Concrete Technology, Waterproofing and Repair Management (in collaboration with Dr. Fix It Institute)
C. Six Months Graduate Certificate Programmes (Eligibility Criteria: Diploma in any branch of Engineering)
i. Construction Contracts Management
ii. Construction Quality Management
iii. Construction Safety Management
iv. Construction Business Management
v. Site Personnel Management
vi. Construction Equipment Management
How to Apply:
Obtain application form and detailed prospectus on payment of Rs. 1124/- (with 12.36% Service Tax) or US$ 25 from "NICMAR-SODE", Pune. Fill the forms, attach certified photocopies of the required documents and return to NICMAR Pune Campus.

Application forms duly filled in along with the enclosures (i.e., attested copies of certificates & mark sheets of SSC, HSC & Degree / Diploma and one passport size & one stamp size photograph), and a DD of Rs.1103/- in favour of "NICMAR - SODE" payable at Pune should be sent by Registered Post to The Dean-SODE, National Institute of Construction, Management and Research, 25/1, Balewadi, N.I.A. Post Office, Pune - 411 045.
