Institute to be set up for environment training
New Delhi, Oct 17 2012: A Green NGO today has announced the setting up of a state-of-the-art Environmental Training Institute in Alwar. The Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) will join hands with The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) in setting up the institute. The Institute will offer short and long-term courses on environmental governance for regulators and decision-makers.
"The institute will cover multiple research disciplines such as air pollution, water and waste water management, climate change, sustainable industrialisation and urbanisation, renewable energy, public transport and mobility and environment impact assessment," CSE said in a statement here.
