AFIH at Sri Ramachandra Uty, Chennai

Kochi, Oct 17,2012 : Applications have been invited for admission to the Associate Fellow of Industrial Health Course (AFIH - 2012) Recognised by The Directorate General Factory Advice Service & Labour Institutes (DGFASLI), Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India and conducted by Department of Environmental Health Engineering, Sri Ramachandra University.

Eligibility for Admission:

1. MBBS Degree from an Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India.
2. Completion of Internship.
3. Permanent Registration with the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council.
4. Minimum one year experience as a full time Medical Officer in Occupational Health related work in an industry or 2 years in general practice after the date of completion of internship.

Application Forms: Application form can be downloaded at: www.srmc-ehe.org.in/uploadimages/Application%20form_AFIH%202012.pdf  Applications, complete in all respects, along with a demand draft for Rs.700/- towards Registration Fee drawn on any nationalized bank should be in favour of “Sri Ramachandra University” and attested photo copies of certificates should reach The Professor & Head, Department of Environmental Health Engineering, Sri Ramachandra University, 1, Ramachandra Nagar, Porur, Chennai- 600 116, Tamil Nadu, by Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due only. The envelope containing the application should be superscribed “APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION IN TO AFIH”.

Last date for submission of completed application is 15th November, 2012.
