International conference on public admin

Hyderabad, Oct 21 2012: The 8th International Conference on Public Administration (ICPA) will be held here for three days from October 25.      Delegates from 29 universities from India and 75 foreign universities will attend the event, Osmania University (OU) Vice Chancellor S Satyanarayana told reporters today.

The conference seeks to provide a forum for speakers from academia, government and industry to discuss problems and issues in the field of public administration.  The conference will focus on areas like human resources leadership and management, public service and security system, ethics and integrity and information technology in public administration.

The ICPA would be organised jointly by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, American Society for Public Administration, Chinese Public Administration Journal and Administrative Staff College of India and the Osmania University.
