Based on the deliberations, the following decisions were taken.

Moreover, the period of repayment of the loan has been extended to 10 years for loans upto the amount of Rs. 7.5 lakhs and for loans of 7.5 lakhs and above the period stands extended to 15 years.

All pending subsidy claims pertaining to the period 1st April 2009 to 31st March, 2010 and 1st April 2010 to 31st March 2011 may be submitted by banks to the Nodal Bank during the period 1st November, 2012 to 30th November, 2012.

MHRD has been requested to take up the matter with the State of Rajasthan and advise the IBA in the matter to enable them to take appropriate action.

IBA has requested member banks to submit their pending claims for the year 2009-10 and 2010-11 and also the claims pertaining to 2011-12 within the time period indicated above. Members have to strictly observe the time zone.
