Kannur Uty Registrar's posting 'illegal': HC
   
Kochi, Nov 28,2012: Kerala High court today declared as 'illegal' the appointment of Kannur university Registrar Dr Ashokan. The Order in this regard was issued by Justice P R Ramachandra Menon while allowing a petition challenging the Registrar's appointment.
  
The Court found that there were procedural irregularities in the mode of appointment. The norms for the appointment was made after the appointment of the Registrar, the court said accepting the petitioner's plea and held the procedure 'illegal'.
