Medical PG: Qualifying percentile relaxed
June 05,2013 : The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, as per the provisions contained in the PG Medical Regulations amendment dated 15th February, 2012, in consultation with the Medical Council of India, has relaxed the qualifying percentile for admission to Medical Post Graduate Courses.
Accordingly, candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories who have scored 40% and above marks, Unreserved PH candidates who have scored 45% and above marks and unreserved candidates scoring 50% an above marks are qualified for admission to Medical PG Courses. The results of NEET PG have been revised accordingly.
The National Board of Examination is in process of issuing revised result of NEET-PG for All India Quota Counseling, as per National Board of Examination (NBE) notification dated 04.06.2013 given at http://www.mcc.nic.in/
The result is likely to be declared shortly. The registration for All India quota Counselingfor MD/MS and PG Diploma will start thereafter. The facility of Registration for All India Quota Counseling 2013 will be available from time of start of Registration till 5 pm on 09.06.2013. Registration for Dental All India PG Seats is now open.
