MGU to fill unfilled seats thru supplementary allotment

Kochi, June 29, 2013: The degree seats remaining unfilled after second allotment will be filled through the supplementary allotment scheduled on July 24, 2013, a press release from Mahatma Gandhi University has said.

The students who were not included in the first and second allotments, those who are yet to submit the application form and those who were rejected due to the discrepancies in the application form will be considered during the supplementary allotment. The students can register new options from July 20, 2013 to July 22, 2013. The higher options given during first and second allotment will not be considered during the supplementary allotment. 

Details of programmes for which seats are available in various colleges will be published on university website on July 18. The supplementary allotment list will be published on July 24.

New applicants are required to pay admission fee (Rs 150 for general; Rs 80 for SC/ST) at the designated branches of SBT. However, they need not submit the print out of the application form at the university.

The option registration for the special allotment conducted for SC/ST students will be carried out from July 1, 2013 to July 3, 2013.
